He has been a Florida Realtor since 2004. The Roy & Jennifer Shoots Team is consistently in the top 4% In Sales In John R. Wood Properties.

Over the years, R.D. has taught at many Bible studies including Florida: McGregor Baptist, First Baptist Naples, and at North Naples Baptist Church.

R.D. Grew up on a large Livestock and grain farm in central Il. Started and managed a Purebred Simmental Cattle operation. Was an independent oil producer. Started and managed an oil well completion and rework company. Elected as commissioner of Highways for Cottonwood township state of Illinois.

Studied at Lakeland College, Mattoon, IL.

Ordained in Matton, Illinois on 12, 3 1995.

Hobbies, interests, community involvement

I travel with my wife Jennifer, and our puppy Finny, during the summer months in our RV. Play golf to gather my fair share of aggravation. Have been club Champion at The Strand.
