Married for 17+ years to his beautiful wife Tracey. He has 4 adult children (Kyle, Kendyl, Kelly, Katie) from a prior marriage which ended in 2000. He is called "Papa Riz" by his two grandkids Ellis and Lily.

Most of his career was with Ford Motor Company and a construction management company in Michigan.

Hobbies, Interests & Community Involvement

Cornel arrived in Canada when he was 11 years old. After having survived a devastating car accident at the age of 21, his younger sister (Ridica) was taken to heaven at the tender age of 18. Since then, Cornel, was drawn toward the comfort of Creator / Sustainer of all life forms and all that exists in the vast universe.

Graduated in 1984 with a Mechanical Engineering degree.

I have spent about 4 hours behind bars with my older brother and the preacher's son for breaking in our high school on a Saturday to get our soccer shoes.
